With 18 years of real estate experience, I enjoy helping buyers, sellers, and first-time homebuyers feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. As part of Realty ONE Group Dockside, I proudly serve Myrtle Beach, Conway, Longs, North Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Surfside Beach, and Pawleys Island.
I’m known for being easy to work with, responsive, and a strong advocate when it comes time to negotiate. I have extensive experience working with first-time buyers and with FHA, VA, and USDA loans, and I take the time to explain each step so there are no surprises along the way.
I also have specialized training in short sales and foreclosures, allowing me to help clients navigate more complex situations with clarity and patience. I often work with retired law enforcement and clients relocating to the area, helping them find the right fit for their lifestyle and long-term goals.
Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating, or selling, my goal is simple: make the experience smooth, straightforward, and as stress-free as possible.
